Im white male in my 60s and thought this man glowed enlightenment He was evolved. I have two friends both colon cancer survivers and black under 40 and also both very special human beings ( as we all are) when I heard of chadwicks death from something so close to home it really shook me. It should not shock its extremely prevalent among black YOUNG males but rarely discussed. Chadwick saw it as personal issue which was his choice and right. Their was something about him you did not need to be black to feel most know him from black panther but he made other epics ( ie a message from the king ) where he through his talent portrayed a really important message consistently. That message well thats yours to find. A great loss but a spirit like his does not just fade into the abiss. Awards trophies get dusty his memory will be fresh forever.

I saw it twice. I really enjoyed it. I really recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, action packed thriller.

How did Tom Holland beat Chris Evans for sexiest man alive. God blessed him to have the strength to do all those movies before he got gravely sick. God said your work on earth is done and time to be with him in Paradise. RIP. Chadwick. Two apparently inexperienced thugs (with heavy military training) try to rob a drug dealer. The were expecting 30K of cocaine and find out 300K. Something is wrong there. Police arrives unexpected and get into the building; the thugs kill seven cops in the getaway.
A NY detective with some family history and fame of being a cop killer killer is call to follow the case and pushed to carry vengeance (exterminate the killers. In order to do that, he closes the 21 bridges (and subways) that connect Manhattan to the rest of the world and the chase begin. A female narcotics detective is assigned to work with him. Nothing of course is what it seems and many things are very rotten.
21 Bridges had a lot of potential. The two veterans basically thrown away from society and one of the visible a nutcase. The very thin line between criminals and police. The corruption and the reasons for it but the movie decides to stay on the light action/suspense side and it becomes quite predictable.
Perhaps the biggest failure of the movie is the main character portrayed by Chadwick Boseman. He is not a bad actor; but his character (himself perhaps ) are too bland for police whose father was kill on duty. He is good in the action scenes (however killing 5 without been hurt was a little to much) but his character does not generates empathy. On the other hand Sienna Miller as the narcotic cop with an agenda, makes quite strong character.
The two thugs Taylor Kitsch and Stephan James owns the movie every scene they are in. Their chemistry is undeniable.
Kitsch makes quite good nutcase with violent tendencies but on the other hand James is incredible charismatic as a person who made a big mistake and cannot go back.
J.K. Simmons is just ok; but is able to steal the show in his last scene. He is convincing even when his arguments cannot hold water.
In brief; it is good way to spend one hour and forty minutes with reasonable suspense. But if you are looking for a more social cop drama go to see Black and Blue.

That beard game has a shine to it and I like his attire. Killing it w the Accent King. Chad is just so gosh darn CUTE. 🥰😍🥰. Man this is hard. Brother RIH. Lots of love my man. Apart from really nice birds eye views of Manhattan this movie was bad. Sienna Miller was appalling. The plot was not interesting and even Chadwick Bozeman wasn't good. I won't recommend it... His death is absolutely tragic. To think that he suffered all those years in silence. May he rest in peace. 1:08. and get this man a shield. Rest In Peace Chadwick. you will be missed ❤️. He's so beautiful even his hands are structured perfectly.

Rip ❤️ Wakanda forever in our hearts. Rip Chadwick, gone too soon. I don't know why I'm bothered by some of the kills in this movie. Be loving and kind to never know what one is going through. God created all of us. We all are God's children. If we don't love God's children then you don't know who God is. The best policeman in Wakanda.

“In my culture, Death is not the End” -Black Panther. Rest In Peace king 👑. Chadwick is THE TOTAL cool yet super humble. 🤗😍🥰. I really wanted to love this movie as I was in Philly on vacation and got to see some of the action shots filmed. I even got a little token from a scene. However, the plot lacked depth. It was a good idea that fell flat. With the exception of Stephan James, I thought the acting was just okay. There were some pretty corny lines throughout ( we're here for your cocaine. and some parts that needed to be better developed (the money laundering guy with all the info.
Overall, I wanted to enjoy it, but it was pretty okay.

And we thought the Endgame bought tears in our eyes. We love you 3000. You will always be our king 🙌🏻❤️. Interviews to Autographs to Movies he still kept that pain in and told nobody. Rip chadwick. Can't believe he really passed away, im so sad.
